Non-UF Organizations - Facility Reservation Requests

  1. The Department of Recreational Sports Board of Directors must approve the use of any facility by Non-UF Organizations
  2. If the request has been approved by the Board of Directors, then the individual who made the request will receive notification of approval along with information on fees and other conditions related to the request.
  3. To begin processing a request, please send an e-mail to with your organization name, event name, requested date, time and location, and anticipated number of participants.
  4. Please read through the General Policies and Conditions for all reservations.
