Registered Student Organizations

  1. Complete GatorConnect Event Permit (includes your Facility Reservation Request) at https://orgs.studentinvolvement.ufl.edu/ 

    • Only authorized members of your organization will have access to create events on behalf of the organization. Your organization's administrator can designate these individuals in the system.

  2. You will receive a GatorConnect Event Permit Approval Notification

    • If you have questions about the Gator Connect portal, please contact Student Activities and Involvement:

  3. You will receive a RecSports Email with a Facility Use Agreement and a Provisional Confirmation on your Facility Request

  4. You will be required to REPLY to the RecSports Email before receiving your Final Confirmation and Facility Reservation Number/FR#.
