Not every sprint adventure race is the same, but this particular race is designed around a 2-hour winning time. All competitors will finish in 2-3 hours. The race consists of a 3 mile trail run, 6 mile trail ride (mountain bike), 2 mile paddle (canoe), 5 special tests, and an optional climb on the 55-foot climbing wall.
This race is designed to promote teamwork; each member of the team will compete and finish the race together.

Equipment Required
All participants of the Adventure Race must have a mountain bike (front suspension highly recommended) and helmet. Bike helmets must be worn and secured for the duration of the trail ride. Canoes, paddles and life jackets will be provided. Life jackets must be worn at all times while in the canoe. Participants are encouraged to bring their own food/drink to the event.

Team Size
Two person, same or mixed gender. Prizes will be awarded to winners in the co-ed, female, and male divisions.

Registration Fee
Thanks to Student Government, this event is free to current UF students. UF faculty, staff, and alumni must pay a $20 entry fee (per person), which must be received at time of registeration. Each team must have at least 1 current UF student.
