Come and experience the beautiful Smoky Mountains National Park at during its most beautiful season! You will get the opportunity to hike through rolling fields of trillium, violets, lady slipper orchids and crested dwarf iris—and that’s just the beginning! We will camp in tents with the option stargaze at night, and hike throughout the park exploring the natural wonders during the day. This smaller trip size (a party of 8) will allow us to travel sustainably through the wilderness and really get to know each other in the process. The camping will be primitive so no bathrooms, running water or electricity will be available. Transportation, group gear (tents, stoves etc.), two trip leaders, and food are all included in the registration price. You will need to provide your own sleeping bag, sleeping mat and backpack. All of these items can be rented from the CORE building. There will be a mandatory pre-trip meeting at 8pm on April 6th, 2017in the CORE building. You will receive a $5 gear rental coupon with your attendance.

Price: $231
