Are you in need of nature? Need some time for yourself to refocus your thoughts? Please join TRiP along with the Counseling and Wellness Center for a day of mindfulness, meditation and serenity all while in nature. We will meet Sunday morning at the CORE building before heading out to our nature retreat. Transportation, one awesome TRiP leader and one great CWC counselor will be provided. You will need to provide your own lunch.
