Challenge yourself to a high intensity workout that changes from week to week, brought to you by our Strength & Conditioning staff. 

At A Glance

  • 60 minutes of high-intensity training with adaptations for all fitness levels
  • Total body conditioning
  • Core training
  • Speed and agility training in a non-traditional format. 
  • Location: Summer B Bootcamp classes will take place on Flavet Field. Alternative locations announced due to inclement weather on our Facebook Group page.
  • Sesssion capacity is noted on RSConnect, based on number of instructors in each session.
Level and Intensity

While Bootcamp is an advanced class designed to offer high-intensity training, our instructors will adapt each exercise to all fitness levels.  Every Gator is welcome.

Register Online

Bootcamp participants must register online on RSConnect to reserve their spot. Registration will open 25 hours in advance of class time and space is limited. Registration can be found here.
In Summer B 2017, RecSports implemeted electronic check-in to register participants for each class.  Only the current RecSports members will be granted access to classes.  By registering for the class in advance, you will reserve your spot and make the registration process much more manageable.  Starting in Fall 2017, Sunday evening Bootcamp class is going to be offered weekly instead of Wednesday morning class.

Bootcamp Schedule

Fall 2017:

Monday-Friday, Sunday at Maguire Field from 5:30PM-6:30PM
