This class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels to either help them be able to complete a 5k, or help individuals improve their current 5k race pace, all in preparation for Midnight Fun Run. This class will be a mix of speed runs, long runs, and cross-training sessions with the goal of helping individuals develop into great runners!

Format at a Glance:

  • 60 Minute Sessions
  • Certified Small Group Coach experienced in various equipment and training styles
