Yoga Immersion is a class that provides participants the space and instruction to dive deeper into their yoga practice whether they are beginners or advanced students. Each class will focus on improving postures in Sun Salutations and Moon Salutations, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and philosophies such as acceptance and presence that can be transferred on and off the mat.

Format at a Glance:

  • 90 Minute Sessions
  • Certified Small Group Coach with an extensive yoga history
  • Provides students with a more in-depth yoga experience that can be more personalized compared to a group fitness yoga class
  • Maximum class size: 8
