Find out what's fun and keeps you moving with the University of Florida's Group Fitness classes. We challenge you to come to a class. With over 125 classes per week during the fall and spring semesters, there is something for everyone. There are multiple formats with a schedule that spans 13 hours a day. We pride ourselves on being cutting edge. With new formats like Cardio Tease, Gliding, BOSU and Muscle Infusion, our program strives to keep up with the industryĆ¢??s fitness trends.

Our certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! And, with our color-coded schedule, it is easy to find an indoor, outdoor, strength, flexibility or cardio workout that fits your fitness needs. Are you a beginner? No need to worry - our classes offer modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their goals.
