Personal Training and Assessment Center

The Personal Training and Assessment Center aims to provide clients with knowledge on creating an exercise program that fits each person. Our assessments provide a starting point and aid in goal-setting. With specific tests to determine individualized strengths and weaknesses, the PTAC provides a comprehensive assessment, FREE for all student and non-student gym members. We even offer a guide for Corrective Exercise so clients have a reference of exercises they can do to improve everyday functionality and performance.

Why schedule a FREE assessment?
Fitness and flexibility assessments are a great way to determine baselines. Your assessment results will give you the insight you need to design flexibility, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs. Assessment results provide clients with a way to make realistic and specific fitness goals. Come visit the PTAC and schedule an appointment with one of our fitness appraisers!
