Strength & Conditioning

The Strength & Conditioning department consists of three satellite fitness facilities on campus; the Southwest Recreation Center, the Student Recreation Fitness Center, and the  O' Connell Center. These facilities contain a variety of cardiovascular equipment, variable resistance machines, and free weights to cater to the student body.

Each facility is staffed with fitness supervisors to ensure the safety of the participants, as well as helping them with questions or concerns, and to make each participant feel welcome.
