Philosophy of Exercise & Wellbeing

I believe that the human body is made to move. Exercise helps our bodies and our brains in so many ways, beyond just looking good for the beach. An active lifestyle give us the freedom to live life to its fullest. Whether a person is training to be a top athlete, or to be able to comfortably get out of a chair and pick up a box off the floor, I want everyone to have a healthy and happy body. Additionally, wellbeing goes beyond what we do in the gym. Living an active lifestyle to me is a key to being the best a person can be. I love to help people who are new to fitness find their motivation to enhance their life through living an active lifestyle.

Interests & Hobbies

I love horses! I rode for 12 years. I also love to listen to podcasts and dance. I’m a total health nerd, which conflicts with my love for baking. But sometimes you deserve a cookie! I enjoy teaching outdoor yoga classes to my friends on the weekends, and would like to learn how to play either the flute or piano.
