Fitness is more than a means to change weight and physical appearance. It is a crucial outlet for us to relieve ourselves of stress and take our minds off of all the madness in our lives. Setting challenging but obtainable goals gives our exercise a further purpose and motivation to improve. Don't get caught up on the numbers you see on the scale but get excited by the physical and functional improvements you see. Diet is everything.
