Exercise is an amazing teacher – through exercise we learn the value of hard work, the power of the human mind and body, and the importance of setting and pursuing challenging goals. Training programs look different from person to person depending on desired goals, but all exercise should emphasize movement patterns that improve quality of life and keep our minds and souls actively engaged through variety. Most importantly, exercise and wellness mean respecting and appreciating our bodies for all of the amazing things they allow us to do everyday.
