”Fitlosophy” – Your Philosophy of Exercise & Wellbeing

Exercise is incredible in the sense that it is far more than just a way to change things about our body. My mind and body have been affected by exercise, as I have been able to feel both physically and mentally stronger. Our bodies are incredible things that are able to do so much, and through exercise, we are able to tap into their full potential. Exercise allows a mental relief during the day, as in that moment, it does not matter what else is going on, because for this time the main focus is not the exams or other responsibilities that we may have, but rather just ourselves, working to improve and better our lives. Implementing exercise into my lifestyle has allowed me to feel more empowered, increase my self confidence, and physically feel better as I go about my daily life. Because of what I have learned from my own experience, I am excited to help my clients love and appreciate their bodies for all that they do and stimulate these changes as well!
