I believe exercise should be a lifestyle choice, and not just something you do to get a “summer-bod”. The primary goal, when it comes to exercising, should be to feel physically and mentally well during day-to-day activities. Any superficial benefits that occur as a result are just a fortunate consequence. Feeling good about your own physical capabilities is something that can have a greatly positive effect on all aspects of your life.
