I want to pursue a career in medicine, but specialize in a field that relates to exercise and promoting a healthy lifestyle. In regards to being a Personal Trainer, I would like to specialize in working with people who don’t know much about exercise to start, because I love teaching others new skills.

Philosophy of Exercise & Wellbeing

Exercise and Wellbeing requires a balance of dedication, skill, and knowledge. Being dedicated to stick to a workout regimen is important to meet your goals, and having the skills to reach those goals is equally important. However, without knowledge of how the body works, your training will not be as effective as it could be. Knowing when to let your body rest, what types of food to eat, and how to keep yourself motivated when you feel like you don’t have the drive to keep going are only a few examples of the importance of being well-educated.
