The benefits from being physically fit are too great to mention here but it is definitely something that not only helps you with the daily physical grind but actually has been shown to improve cognitive ability. That being said, every person, no matter how physical/mentally draining their day to day lives are should absolutely put aside time for safe and effective exercise.
