Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being

The three most important factors when it comes to transforming your body are nutrition, rest and exercise intensity. Instead of focusing on the latest fad, one can meet their fitness goals by eating right, getting more sleep and the modifying intensity of their workout program. Once a person decides to make changes in their life, my job is to provide the knowledge, the tools, and most importantly, the motivation to help them adjust these three factors so that they can reach their goals themselves.
