Massage Therapy Terms and Conditions

  1. All sessions and packages are non-refundable.
  2. You must arrive 15 minutes early to the first session to complete required paperwork before massage can begin.
  3. Tardiness to session will result in shorter massage appointments.
  4. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, free of charge, within 30 days of the original appointment.
  5. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment, and there will be a $20.00 cancellation/rescheduling charge.
  6. Sessions, Packages and Gift Certificates cannot be transferred to another person.
  7. All packages must be used within 120 days of the purchase date.
  8. You may request a specific Massage Therapist. If the Massage Therapist is unavailable, you will be given the option of waiting for that Massage Therapists next available appointment or you may choose another Massage Therapist.
  9. It is your responsibility to communicate fully any and all medical history information to the Massage Therapist. It is also your responsibility if you inadvertently or purposefully mislead or misinform the Massage Therapist, or are not truthful in completing all paperwork.
  10. The more feedback you provide the Massage Therapist, the more effective the therapy session(s) will be.
  11. You must pay for your session or package before you can set up an appointment.
  12. Once payment has occurred it is your responsibility to call the Training Center at Southwest Recreation Center to schedule your appointment.
  13. Sessions or packages of any size cannot be divided into a lesser denomination of time.
