Come enjoy Kissimmee Prairie State Park’s breathtakingly beautiful landscape and diverse ecosystems. See if you can spot the famous Florida Burrowing Owl, or maybe even a White-tailed Kite at one of Florda’s top birding hot spots. By night, catch some epic views of the Milky Way during the peak of Taurids Meteor Shower in Kissimmee’s National dark sky! This trip is an awesome way to immerse yourself in nature without going too far from home!

CHALLENGE LEVEL = LOW DIFFICULTY

This trip includes short hikes on flat terrain. This is not intended to be a physically challenging trip. All CORE trips include instruction on basic camping skills.

REFUND POLICY:

1. Trips cannot be transferred.
2. Trip refunds will be granted only if:
   1. Trip is cancelled by CORE.
   2. A paid replacement has been found.
   3. A $10 base processing charge or 15% of the registration price, whichever is greater, will be assessed.
3. Replacement requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled service offering start date.
4. Participant has documented medical circumstances preventing participation.
