RecSports Bootcamp

Challenge yourself to a high intensity workout that changes from week to week, brought to you by our Group Fitness Team.

At A Glance

  • 60 minutes of outdoor high-intensity training with adaptations for all fitness levels
  • Total body conditioning, core training, speed and agility training in a non-traditional format
  • Use of equipment such as medicine balls, ViPRs, tires, kettlebells, and more!


  • Maguire Field on the corner of Bledsoe Drive and Radio Road behind Southwest Recreation Center
  • If there is inclement weather in the area, the class will move inside Southwest Recreation Center to upstairs cardio. You can check the weather status on Rainoutline under Group Fitness for class changes.


  •  All participants must register online through RS Connect to reserve their spot. Registration will open 25 hours in advance of class time and space is limited. Registration can be found here.
  • All participants must have an active RecSports membership to register for the class and attend.
