“Fitlosophy” (Philosophy regarding fitness, wellness, health, etc):

In my experience, each aspect of health and wellness is connected; physical, mental/emotional, and social health are all part of our overall well-being. The more consistent we are with keeping these areas in balance, the more consistently “fit” we feel. I love finding that balance through being in nature, getting enough sleep, eating foods that make me feel good, having honest conversations, and examining my thoughts through journaling. As a massage therapist, receiving massage regularly is an important part of my wellness practice. Massage helps me feel present and spacious within my body and mind, and I love that I can provide that experience to others!

Hobbies, activities, or fun fact(s):

I spend my free time weight training, lying in sunny spots, camping out at coffee shops, exploring in the woods with friends, trying new recipes with whatever I find at the farmer’s market, and neglecting my houseplants.
