There are so many forms of exercise to try. If you allow yourself to have an open mind, you’re bound to find at least one you enjoy and will commit to. Exercise you enjoy is essential for long term commitment and will have that much more of an impact on yourself physically and mentally.
Hobbies or a fun fact(s):
- I plan to go to Physician Assistant school after college
- I ran cross country and track in high school, which sparked my passion for health and fitness
- I have been vegan for almost 3 years now and love to cook and bake in my free time
