“Fitlosophy” (Philosophy regarding fitness, wellness, health, etc):

My “fitlosophy” is overall health and wellness. The three things we need to manage to maintain a healthy lifestyle are our diets, mental health, and exercise habits. I believe that fitness further motivates us to improve in the other two areas. In fact, an entire field of psychology is dedicated to the positive effects of exercise on the brain and mental health. I hope that I can instil the importance of these habits into my clients, so that they continue to grow outside of our training sessions.
