Rachelle Westervelt is a NASM certified personal trainer. She began her fitness journey when she became a yoga instructor in 2016. This led her to have a solid background in balance and flexibility training, while also specializing in circuit programming. Rachelle has a background in training all age groups and is able to help customize each workout to a person’s needs and goals. Overall, Rachelle strives to give her clients the tools to gain confidence, while also getting her clients out of their comfort zone with each workout.

  • In my free time, I like to go to the beach and spend time with family and friends.
