We are committed to integrating student development in all of our work with staff, leaders, and participants. Student development encompasses the training, mentorship, and experiences that directly impact our students. This work allows our student employees to advance the department’s goals and gain transferable skills for success. We offer a unique participatory environment and leadership opportunities to stimulate co-curricular learning and support academic success.
