Membership Questions

Has my membership been extended due to the closures/limited hours and activities?
Yes! All Memberships have been extended for the time we were closed, plus an additional month to make up for our limited hours and activities. We will continue to assess member needs and we will continue to strive for excellent customer service.

What about student memberships?
Student memberships from the spring semester have been extended through the summer. Recent graduates or students taking the summer off do not need to purchase a membership at this time.
Students who are new to the university and are enrolled in classes which do not assess an Activity and Service fee may purchase a Non-Fee Paying Student Membership on RS Connect.

Can I renew my membership?
Most memberships will not be up for renewal for the next 1-2 months. However, if you would like to renew:

  • Login to RS Connect
  • Click the Memberships icon
  • Click Renew Memberships.
  • You will be asked to complete a new membership application for each renewal as the membership agreement and health history questionnaire must be updated.
  • After completing the application, you will receive a link via email to renew your membership.
