Swim Lessons

UF RecSports offers a variety of swim lesson options for individuals of all ages to learn to swim. Youth Lessons are offered seasonally, from March – October and Adult Lessons are offered year round. All swim lessons are taught by our certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors.

Location & Parking:

All youth group lessons take place at Florida Pool, located by Student Recreation and Fitness Center. The closest parking is available in Murphree area or by Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Please note that Murphree area parking requires a UF parking decal 24/7, whereas parking restrictions by Stephen C. O’Connell Center are lifted in the evenings. Please refer to Transportation And Parking Services for all up to date parking information.

​Adult group lessons take place at Florida Pool or the O’Connell Center pool. Location varies depending on the season and will be included in the registration information.
