Test your strength at Gator Gains Max-Out Day! Registration includes bench, squat, and deadlift maxes completed over the course of 1 hour. Choose between 1, 3, or 5-RM attempts for each lift. Powerlifting Club will be present as spotters for the event. Please complete the Intake Survey in order to confirm your registration and be accurately placed in a flight time for each lift.
