American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning

This American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies in adults, children, and infants. The course includes pre-course online learning and an instructor-led classroom skills session.

The online content MUST be completed before attending the in-person class date. Further information on how to access the online content will be provided on the registration page via RSConnect.
This course is designed for: UF RecSports employees (non-lifeguards), students who require a basic certification for internships or jobs, or individuals who are interested in learning basic First Aid/CPR/AED.

Non-Member: $82

Certification Courses may be granted a refund under the following circumstances:

In the event of cancellation by RecSports.
In the event the registered participant has documented medical circumstances that will not allow them to participate.
Lifeguard & Instructor classes: a partial refund may be provided in the event a registered participant does not pass the prerequisite skills evaluation. A $50 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Transfer of Course Registration

A registered participant may request a transfer to a different offering of the same course for no additional cost.
Transfer requests must be made in writing before the course begins and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
