Checking Out EGYM Band & Navigating the Fitness Hub
- Head to our welcome desk to receive your EGYM band.
- A RecSports staff member will then guide you through the onboarding process.
- Scan your band on the EGYM Fitness Hub, located in our downstairs activity area space.
- Scan into an EGYM machine and read the steps on how to properly perform exercise.
- Complete the practice reps and the strength tests on the first machine.
- After concluding your onboarding process at the first machine, you can repeat the above steps for all other machines.
- Notify a staff member if you need seat/lever adjustments.
InMotion Center
At the InMotion Center, we offer a variety of free services, including fitness assessments, equipment orientations, and exercise is medicine consultations. Our trainers will provide individual recommendations to help you towards your goals.
Equipment Orientation
We offer two equipment orientations. Our standard as well as EGYM orientation.
During EGYM orientation, our Wellness Associates will guide you through EGYM’s key features and perform a strength and flexibility assessment. Smart technology will use this data to automatically adjust the machines to your individual needs, helping you train more efficiently and safely. Make an appointment by clicking here.
