Fitness Assessments

The InMotion Center offers free, comprehensive Fitness Assessments to broaden your understanding of your health and fitness goals. Based on your goals, a certified personal trainer will conduct a personalized series of assessments that may address up to three of any of the following aspects of fitness:

  • Mobility / Flexibility / Stability
  • Power • Strength
  • Agility
  • Speed
  • Muscle Endurance
  • Short-Burst Cardio
  • Cardio Endurance

Free Fitness Assessments can be completed at any point during the semester (maximum 2/semester) to help you establish attainable goals and track your progress!

Appointment Layout:

InBody Scan

With every fitness assessment, you will have the opportunity to take an InBody 270 Scan. This uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to estimate body water, fat free mass, and fat mass as well as a segmental lean muscle analysis. Tests must be at least 8 weeks apart to see change.
