In this workshop, you will refine your clean & jerk and snatch technique and work towards adding additional weight to the barbell. The workshop will be held on the Olympic Lifting Platforms at SWRC and is coached by a personal trainer who has competitively competed in Olympic Weightlifting for over three years.
