My “Fitlosophy” is that fitness should be fun and add to your life in as many positive ways as possible. Exercise should be a balanced aspect of life that improves its quality, not something that is a source of stress or insecurity. What you do in the gym goes far beyond the weight room, and I think that everyone should explore fitness to build confidence and improve their emotional and mental well-being.
