Personalized equipment orientations tailored to what you would like to learn more about. Choose to learn more about cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, and anything else in our facility. Orientations will be led by one of our Wellness Associates who will be able to walk you through how to set up and use each piece of equipment in addition to learning how to incorporate them into your own workouts

EGYM

A fully digitalized smart gym system designed to personalize your fitness experience. During this orientation, our Wellness Associates will guide you through EGYM’s key features and perform a strength and flexibility assessment. Smart technology will use this data to automatically adjust the machines to your individual needs, helping you train more efficiently and safely.
