This course is designed to review the lifeguarding skills and core knowledge points required to recertify in lifeguarding. Please note: if your Lifeguarding certification is expired, you must take the full Lifeguarding course, NOT THIS COURSE. The course length is approx. 10 hours. The topics that will be reviewed include: patron surveillance, rescue skills, victim assessment, First Aid, CPR/AED, and care for head, neck, and spinal injuries.

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a cancellation by RecSports.
- In the event the registered participant has a documented medical circumstance that will not allow them to participate.
- A partial refund of $50 for those individuals who are unable to successfully complete the prerequisite water skills.
Transfer of course registration is allowed under the following circumstances:
- In the event the registered participant has a documented medical circumstance that will not allow them to participate.
- Are unable to successfully complete the prerequisite water skills and wish to take the next course (Not required to complete online content again).
