Flying Yoga is based on traditional yoga principals with an added twist of the hammock as a prop. These classes explore traditional yoga postures on the mat as well as in the hammock and is taught by one of our 200-hour Registered Yoga Teachers with extensive training in Aerial Yoga. This 3-week session will take place in Student Recreation and Fitness Center, Activity Room 4 on the lower level.
