In this workshop, you will learn basic weight training principles, learn how to properly perform free weight movements (barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells), and learn how to use some of the weight training machines that are offered. The workshop will be held before SRFC opens and is coached by a personal trainer with over 300 hours of coaching experience at UF.
