Know before you go
The InMotion Center offers free, personalized equipment orientations tailored to what you would like to learn more about. Choose to learn more about cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, and anything else in our facility. Orientations will be led by one of our Wellness Associates who will be able to walk you through how to set up and use each piece of equipment in addition to learning how to incorporate them into your own workouts. Options for orientations include:
- Cardio Equipment
- Cable Machines
- Upper Body Plate-loaded Machines
- Lower Body Plate-Loaded Machines
- Squat Racks
