A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. With a lot of stressors in our lives, going to the gym is a great way to relax the mind while strengthening the body. With this mindset, fitness feels less like a chore and more like self-care.

Hobbies or a fun fact(s): 

  • I am on the UF club beach volleyball and club swim team
  • I live in Potomac, Maryland, just outside of DC
  • Outside of school, I love camping, fishing and anything outdoors
