Studies show that breaks of movement can assist with beating stress, lifting your mood, fighting memory loss, sharpening your intellect, and overall better daily function. Short bursts of activity can assist in priming our brains for optimal learning.
At home self-assessments that you can conduct from the comfort of your home. These assessments are paired with mobility movements that can improve movement restrictions and increase range of motion.
RecSports offers Nutrition Services by a registered and licensed dietitian to enhance and empower overall wellness. One-on-one nutrition counseling is available to UF students and the UF community with online video conferencing via Zoom.
Individualized 10 minute Personal Training consultations are available. Calls or Zoom meetings to accommodate your needs regarding exercise during this time.
Athletic Trainers (ATs) are health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, and therapeutic rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Virtual programs are available for new and current patients.
