What is it?

The RecSports Incentive Point system allows you to complete activities, earn points, and win RecSports merch. Here, you'll compete against your coworkers in your unit and across the entire RecSports department. Let the games begin!

Purpose

Welcome to the RecSports Incentive Point System as proposed by the Student Leadership Council. This process is intended to build camaraderie between our student staff, increase connections between program units, and incentivize exceptional work - overall creating a more positive and inclusive student employment experience. Be engaged, earn points, and win swag! Thank you for being a key player on the RecSports Team!

This simple form allows you to submit your points easily and quickly so you can keep it moving! Click here to log your points!
TRACK PROGRESS
As you tally up those points, we will keep track of them for you. The leaderboard will be automatically updated (~5 min.) after each submission. Reference the leaderboard above to see your standings in your own unit and across the entire RecSports student staff team.
WIN MERCH & TREATS
The top five Student Staff Members with the most points will be awarded RecSports merch! The winners within each respective unit will see some treats, food, or gear that will come your way.

LOGISTICS

Incentive points are not intended to reward basic job functions but to encourage student staff to exceed expectations.
The RecSports Incentive Point System is unrelated to the Student Staff Code of Conduct and cannot be used to reduce or make amends for Conduct Points in any way.
Points reset at the beginning of each semester.
Employees that work in multiple units can accumulate incentive points from both units; however, the scores from both units will not be combined but will remain separate.
