Cumberland Island is a beautiful National Seashore located off the southern coast of Georgia, famous for its wild horses! You will travel to the island on a ferry, spend the day backpacking the island, walk along the beach, camp out at a backcountry site under a canopy of trees. The second day will feature a half day of trail maintenance with the National Park Service and finally taking the ferry back on the third day. Bring your bathing suit just in case you feel like taking a swim! We will depart Friday morning and will return Sunday evening. Get ready for a refreshing and gorgeous get-away!
