This inclusive session is designed for anyone who identifies as a woman*, creating a supportive space to learn the fundamentals of weight training. Our expert instructors will guide you through empowering workouts, helping you build confidence in navigating the weight room. Join us for a transformative experience where strength knows no boundaries. This class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 consecutive weeks. *Note: Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome!
