In this workshop, you will learn basic Powerlifting rules and principles along with ways to improve your barbell squat, bench, and deadlift. You will learn about assistance exercises to support your main lifts as well. This workshop will be held on the Olympic Lifting Platforms at SWRC and is coached by a personal trainer with over 300 hours of coaching experience at UF.
