    • We welcome you to rent as much gear as you would like. Please remember that you are responsible for any gear that is rented out under your UFID.
  3. How long can I rent gear?
    • You can rent gear for as long as you would like. To calculate a long-term rental cost, just add our short-term prices together (i.e. For a 10-day rental, we would add the 7-day rental price with the 3-day rental price.)
  4. How do the rental periods work?
    • The rental periods are by day, but not by 24 hours. For example, if you rent gear from Friday to Monday, that is a 4-day rental.
  5. How can I pay for my gear rental?
    • We only accept payment via Debit or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks and we do not charge to student accounts.

    • We do not offer refunds for outdoor gear rentals.
  7. Can I make a reservation?
    • You are welcome to reserve your gear in advance. The earliest you can reserve your gear is the Monday of your desired pick-up date. You must pay in-full in order to reserve your gear. You can reserve over the phone or in-person.
  8. What if I return the gear late, dirty, or damaged?
    • If you return your gear late, you will be charged the 1-day rental price for each item every day that it is late. If you return your gear dirty or damaged, we will change a fee that depending on the severity.
  9. Important!
    • You must sign a Rental Agreement in order to rent gear from CORE.
