My philosophy on fitness revolves around its transformative impact on overall well-being. I see fitness as a holistic pursuit, with its impact reaching all aspects of your daily life. Whether this means having more energy throughout the day, better sleep, or improved mental health and confidence, the benefits of an active lifestyle extend far beyond physical appearance. Exercise should be something that is enjoyable, rather than a chore or something to check off the day’s to-do list. I want to help you seamlessly integrate fitness into your daily lifestyle, equipping you with the tools necessary to achieve the enduring and positive impacts fitness can have on both body and mind.

Hobbies or a fun fact(s):

  • I was born in Palo Alto, California, but have been living in North Miami for the majority of my life.
  • I love nature and being outdoors; growing up I loved hiking and mountain biking.
  • My favorite artists to listen to at the gym are Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma.
