Simply put, exercise is done to be health and to take care of the body that you have been given. Sustainable exercise routines address the body as a whole. Strength, endurance flexibility and mobility are all equally important as the body adapts to exercise. I tailor exercise to each person's needs to best prepare him or her for any physical, emotional, and/or mental challenges that life may present. A workout routine is three things - realistic, sustainable and balanced.
