I believe that fitness is overall wellness. It is about lifestyle choices that involve mental health mindfulness, a balanced diet, and physical activity. Most importantly, finding a balance between all of these can lead to long term positive health outcomes. It is amazing what we can accomplish if we put our minds to it! I have personally experienced so many benefits from a regular exercise routine like increased confidence, energy, happiness, and more. My goal as a personal trainer is to help clients identify which movements they enjoy and what a healthy lifestyle looks like for them.
